Launched in 1998, e.tv has become the most-watched English-language channel since 2001. e.tv is popular for its South African dramas, movies and local celebrity reality shows. e.tv’s new website went live in January 2013 and provides the latest entertainment news as well as an On-Demand streaming service.

e.tv launched its syndicated service in 2009 – e.tv Africa which is available in 49 African countries.

In 2008, following the success of the eNews bulletins on e.tv, Sabido launched e.Sat TV headed by its flagship channel eNews Channel Africa (eNCA), South Africa’s first and only 24-hour news channel available on DStv, the SKY Digital Satellite Platform in the UK and Ireland. eNCA is also streamed globally via Livestation.com.
